]]> A remake of 2012’s Lollipop Chainsaw, DRAGAMI GAMES announced that Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is set to release digitally on September 25 for PC and consoles.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP takes players to San Romero High School and tells the story of Juliet Starling. Hailing from a lineage of zombie hunters, she puts her skills to the test after her former schoolmates have all been zombified.

This release serves as the definitive version of the game. The story is unchanged, but there have been a number of quality of life improvements made, alongside additional gameplay content. These include new chainsaws, chained hits hunting, and a Real Time Attack mode.

Maximum Apocalypse: The Video Game will put players into a post-apocalyptic world as a survivor, tasking players with scavenging for supplies, overcoming terrifying adversaries, and surviving against all odds.

]]> Dubbed “Iron Thunder,” Update 8.0 for Offworld’s 50v50 military FPS Squad is now live.

As part of this update, a collection of upgrades and additions have made their way to the title. These include new units for the USA, TLF and RGF factions, all receiving supplemental armored, mechanized or support units.

Examples include the T90A Tank for the RGF, and the UH60 Helicopter for the TLF. These units are complemented with a revamp of the anti-tank guided missile system: ATGMS now have various strengths and weaknesses based on guidance method.

Squad’s Iron Thunder update also brings with it new loading screens, weapon skins, and more.

Life is Strange: Double Exposure is set to release for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via both Steam and Windows Store) on October 29. The title will also come out for the Nintendo Switch, with future details to be announced later.

Note that those who pre-order the Ultimate Edition of Life is Strange: Double Exposure can get themselves Advanced Access to Chapters 1 and 2 on October 15, two weeks ahead of the release of the full game.

Also introduced in this Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn walkthrough is its reputation system. With it in place, players will be able to upgrade their armor and weapons, and explore the Skill Tree and its respective paths.

]]> The team at Spike Chunsoft and Bandai Namco have released a gameplay showcase for DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO.

Detailed by Producer Jun Furutani, the first feature for DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO focuses on the single-player Episode Battle.

In it, players choose between eight characters (including Goku and Vegeta) as they experience key battles starting from DRAGON BALL Z up until DRAGON BALL SUPER’s Tournament of Power. 

Note that some of the cutscenes of this mode are captured from a first-person point of view, and players will be tasked with decisions that can lead to alternative scenarios.

Also coming to DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO is Custom Battle, which lets players create scenarios involving their favorite franchise characters. Also included are Bonus Battles, which are scenarios that have been made by the development team with different victory conditions and unique cutscenes.
