Squad Update 8.0 Now Live

Dubbed “Iron Thunder,” Update 8.0 for Offworld’s 50v50 military FPS Squad is now live.

As part of this update, a collection of upgrades and additions have made their way to the title. These include new units for the USA, TLF and RGF factions, all receiving supplemental armored, mechanized or support units.

Examples include the T90A Tank for the RGF, and the UH60 Helicopter for the TLF. These units are complemented with a revamp of the anti-tank guided missile system: ATGMS now have various strengths and weaknesses based on guidance method.

Squad’s Iron Thunder update also brings with it new loading screens, weapon skins, and more.
