Stormgate Opening Cinematic and New Faction Revealed

A free-to-play, next-gen RTS set in a new science fantasy universe, a wealth of new information has recently been released around Frost Giant Studios’ Stormgate.

Directed by Frost Giant Studios in partnership with post-production studio Platige Image, Stormgate’s opening cinematic was previously teased during Frost Giant Studios’ segment at The Game Awards in 2023.

Actor Simu Liu will play the role of Warz, one of Stormgate’s central characters.

Also revealed was The Celestials Faction. This race of highly technologically advanced interstellar travelers have come to Earth to challenge the demonic Infernal Host for planetary control.

Want to learn more? One can pre-purchase any Stormgate Early Access pack via the official Steam page to play on July 30. Meanwhile, the regular Early Access launch will begin August 13.
